Rare vacation rental opportunity with a newly renovated cottage in Grand Haven's iconic GH Cottages! This two bedroom & two full bathroom cottage was renovated in 2022 - 2023 including professional interior painting throughout, all new kitchen appliances, shiplap island detail, new lighting fixtures & fans, and a new Trex composite deck which is one of the largest on property allowing you to take in the views of the channel leading out to Lake Michigan. GH Cottages is conveniently located on Harbor Drive across the street from Snug Harbor, Pronto Pups, and Dairy Treat. You can walk three blocks to all the shopping and entertainment on Washington Street. The boardwalk across the street leads you half a mile to the State Park beach and pier. This is truly the best location, giving you access to everything that Grand Haven has to offer. It is also the only condominium property in Grand Haven that has both an onsite heated pool and gas fire pit for everyone to enjoy!

Summary: Perfect location in the heart of Grand Haven. We loved our stay at this quiet condo, beautifully decorated, spacious and full w/amenities! Morning coffee on the deck watching the boats on the channel was just what we wanted. Loved that the pier & beach were walkable as well as shopping and dining in town! Hosts Nichole and DJ were awesome - they thought of everything and were very welcoming!!!
